Enrollment Agreement

Enrollment Agreement, Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

READ CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO SUE. IT IS WRITTEN TO BE READ, NOT TO HIDE THINGS.

Version 3.1 Dated 21 September 2026 Self-paced, rolling enrollment

This agreement is between you (the "Student", "you") and Jet Cleaners Online LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Jet Cleaners Academy (the "Company", "we", "us"), and the Company's successors and assigns. Payments are processed by Yaw Works LLC on behalf of the Company, which is the name you will see on your card statement. You accept this agreement by checking the box at checkout and again by accepting it on the screen shown before you first open the course.

1What you are enrolling in

The course. Jet Cleaners Academy is a self-paced online course on starting and running an aircraft detailing business: eight modules, the document templates listed in section 2, a guided roadmap that adapts to what you tell it about your situation, and a way to message us from inside the course. Everything unlocks when you buy. There is no schedule and no cohort.

One-to-one business counseling is a separate purchase: calls with the Company's principal about your own market, budget and plan. It includes the course. Counseling is conversation and opinion from someone who has run this kind of business; it is not the professional advice described in section 4.

2What is included

3What is not included

4Educational only. Not professional advice

The course, the counseling and everything we publish are educational information and the opinions of people who have run an aircraft detailing business. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, safety or aviation advice, and no attorney-client, accountant-client or other professional relationship is formed. Laws, fees, forms and insurance requirements differ by state and change. Before you rely on anything here to form an entity, buy insurance, sign a contract, price work, or touch an aircraft, confirm it with a licensed professional in your state and with the aircraft's owner or operator.

5No guarantee of results or income

We make no promise that you will start a business, get a client, land an FBO, earn any amount of money, or achieve any result. Any numbers in the course are examples or our own experience, not predictions. Your results depend on your effort, your market, your skill, your insurance, your compliance with law, and factors nobody controls. Anyone who guarantees you a number in a trade you have not started is telling you something they cannot know.

The Company does not provide business opportunities as that term is used in the FTC Business Opportunity Rule or the Texas Business Opportunity Act: we do not provide customers, accounts, outlets or locations, and we do not buy anything you produce.

6Your responsibilities before you touch an aircraft

You agree that, before performing any work on any aircraft, you will:

7Assumption of risk

Aircraft detailing is physical work on high-value property with real hazards. You understand and accept that using what you learn here may expose you and others to risks including: injury from working at height on ladders, stands, wings and stabilizers; slips on wet ramps and hangar floors; exposure to cleaning chemicals, solvents, polishes and their fumes; injury from moving aircraft, vehicles, propellers, rotors and ground equipment; heat, cold, weather and noise on a ramp; and damage to aircraft surfaces, windows, sensors, ports, boots, antennas, avionics and interiors, which can cost far more than the price of the job and can ground or endanger an aircraft. You assume all of these risks, known and unknown, whether arising from your own actions, the condition of the aircraft or the premises, the acts of third parties, or the information in the course.

8Release of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you, for yourself, your heirs, your business and anyone claiming through you, release, waive and discharge Jet Cleaners Online LLC (doing business as Jet Cleaners Academy), Yaw Works LLC as its payment processor, and their affiliates, successors and assigns, and each of their members, managers, officers, employees, contractors and instructors (together, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and liabilities of every kind arising out of or related to the course, the counseling, the materials, or your use of what you learned, including any work you perform on any aircraft or property. THIS RELEASE INCLUDES CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT INSTRUCTION, NEGLIGENT MISSTATEMENT AND NEGLIGENT OMISSION.

This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that the law does not allow to be released. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be waived by contract, including your rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, which we do not ask you to waive.

9Indemnification

Your business is yours. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) brought by any third party that arises out of your business activities, your work on any aircraft or property, your employees or contractors, your breach of this agreement, or your violation of any law. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by a Released Party's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, however caused. The total liability of the Released Parties for all claims arising out of or related to this agreement, the course, the counseling or the materials will not exceed the amount you paid the Company in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states the limitation applies to the fullest extent the law allows.

11Our materials

The course, its text, videos, documents, templates, checklists and the roadmap are owned by the Company and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them to learn and to run your own aircraft detailing business. You may adapt the templates for your own business and put your own name on them. You may not share your login, copy, record, resell, distribute, publish or teach from the materials, or use them to build a competing course. Doing so ends your license and your access without refund, and the Company may pursue any other remedy.

12Payment and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and charged once, through Stripe. You are responsible for any tax your state applies. Access opens immediately after payment.

Course refund. Within 7 days of purchase, if you have marked fewer than two modules complete, email us or message us from inside the course and we refund the full price. After 7 days, or once two or more modules are marked complete, there is no refund, because the entire course and every template were delivered to you on day one.

One-to-one counseling refund. Full refund any time before your first counseling call is held. After the first call, no refund.

How. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within ten business days. A refund ends your access. Opening a card dispute instead of asking us first is a breach of this agreement and also ends your access.

13Conduct and termination

Be straightforward with us and with anyone you meet through the course. The Company may end your access, without refund, if you share your login or the materials, harass anyone, misrepresent the Company or the course, or breach this agreement. Sections 4 through 11 and 14 through 18 survive any termination.

14Privacy

What we collect and how we use it is in our Privacy Policy. We keep a record of your acceptance of this agreement (version, time, IP address, browser) and your Stripe checkout consent, because that record is what makes this agreement enforceable for both of us.

15If we disagree

Talk to us first. Message us inside the course or email the address below, describe the problem, and give us 30 days to fix it. Most problems end here.

Small claims. Either of us may bring an individual claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction, instead of arbitration.

Arbitration. Any other dispute arising out of or related to this agreement, the course, the counseling or the materials will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the Federal Arbitration Act governing this clause. The arbitrator may award the same relief a court could, to you individually. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting this agreement, with your name and "opt out of arbitration" in the message; opting out does not affect the rest of this agreement.

Class action waiver: you and the Company each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of different students.

Governing law. Texas law governs this agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs section 15. Any court proceeding that is allowed by this section will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16Assignment and successors

The Company may assign this agreement, in whole or in part, without your consent to an affiliate or to a successor to the Jet Cleaners Academy business. We will tell you by email when that happens; nothing else changes and you do not need to sign anything. You may not assign this agreement; your license is personal.

17Changes to this agreement

If we change this agreement, we will email you the new version at least 14 days before it takes effect and show it to you the next time you sign in. Continuing to use the course after the effective date is acceptance. Changes do not apply to a dispute that arose before the effective date. We never change the terms by silently updating this page.

18The whole agreement

This agreement, together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between us about the course and replaces any earlier discussion, marketing or representation. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stands, and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent needed. Our not enforcing a term once does not waive it. Checking a box or clicking a button that says you agree is your electronic signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, and has the same effect as signing on paper.

Accepting this agreement

You accept this agreement twice: by checking the box at checkout before you pay, and by accepting it on the screen shown before the course opens. We record both, with the version number, the time, your IP address and your browser. Your welcome email links to this page.
