Privacy
This site is operated by Jet Cleaners Online LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Jet Cleaners Academy. Payments are processed by Yaw Works LLC on its behalf. This page explains what we collect, why, who else touches it, and how long we keep it. It is written to be read.
What we collect
If you download the free guide: your first name and email, the date and time, which link brought you here if any, the referring page, and your browser's user agent string. We ask the year you were born to check you are old enough; we store only whether you are 18 or over, never the year itself, and anyone under 13 is turned away without anything being saved.
If you buy the course: your email and name from Stripe checkout, what you bought and when, the amount, the Stripe session id, your answer to the optional "do you already detail vehicles" question, and the marketing source if any. We never see or store your card number; Stripe does.
Inside the course: your answers to the intake questions (existing business, entity, bank, insurance, team size, state, target airport), your progress through the modules and the answers you type into the guided steps, the documents you build with the agreement and pricing builders, and the messages you send us. All of it exists so the course can resume where you left off and so we can help you.
Acceptance records: when you accept the Terms of Service and the Enrollment Agreement, we record the version you accepted, the time, your IP address and your browser, and the Stripe consent from checkout. That record is what makes the agreement enforceable for both of us.
Visits: anonymous page-step events (which step of the funnel a visitor reached, a per-visit id, and where they came from). No identity is attached. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To deliver what you bought, to make the course fit your situation, to answer your questions, to send you the emails the course involves (your welcome, sign-in links, replies to your messages, and a short series after the free guide), to keep the record of what you agreed to, and to see which of our own marketing works. We do not sell your information and we do not share it outside the companies listed below.
Who else touches it
- Stripe processes payment and holds your card details and checkout consent under its own privacy policy.
- Google Firebase hosts the site, the sign-in, and the database that holds your course record.
- Resend delivers the emails we send you.
- Cloudflare provides DNS and email routing for our domain.
How long we keep it
Your course record for as long as you have access, and acceptance and purchase records for at least four years after, because that is how long a dispute about the agreement could reasonably arise. Free-guide records until you ask us to remove them. Anonymous visit events for up to two years.
Your choices
Inside the course, Your data at the top of the page downloads everything we hold about you as a file, and deletes your account. You can also email zach@jetcleantx.com or message us from inside the course to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. We will do it, except that we keep acceptance and purchase records for the period above. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom; it takes effect immediately, with no reply and no login needed. Sign-in links, your welcome email, plans you ask us to send, and replies to your own messages are not marketing: they continue while you have an account.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in uses Google's session storage in your browser. The course remembers the email you asked a sign-in link for, and the marketing source that brought you here, in your own browser. There are no advertising cookies on this site.
Children
This site and this course are for adults. The free-guide form asks the year you were born and refuses anyone under 13 before anything is saved. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we email account holders before it takes effect and change the version at the top.
